All about Eye Key Chain
The eye is a complex organ that focuses and processes light into the sense of sight. The cornea, a transparent membrane, first directs light through the pupil, funneling light into the eye. The pupil is a muscular hole in the middle of the colored iris.
Once inside, light is focused through a flexible lens and projected onto the retina. Here the rod and cone cells convert light into electrical signals. Rods give you night vision and cones allow you to see colors. In the blink of an eye the signals move along the optic nerve to your brain. Believe your own eyes when you read that the eye is wonderful.
